In addition to being passionately committed to the rights of all individuals to live free from abuse, neglect, and isolation, Cyberlight Care Services Inc. is dedicated to enhancing the awareness, services, and prevention within our communities about the concerns and impacts affecting vulnerable and potentially, marginalized people.
